Clay Woodard

Clay is one of those rare people that you may have heard really exists. He is a “native Floridian”. He has lived his entire life here on the Space Coast and is a first hand witness to much of the history that has taken place here over the past 50 plus years. Clay has been married to Lisa for 25 years and they have two “almost” grown daughters, both in college.

Clay’s background and expertise is in structural component design. He has worked closely over the past 32 years with many of the area architects, plan designers and both custom and production builders on residential, commercial and remodeling construction projects. Clay’s passion has always been to help his clients achieve their goals, an attribute he now brings to the real estate industry.

There is something truly unique and special about Brevard County. The area schools are some of the best in the state. The outdoor recreation is second to none especially if you like golf, fishing, surfing, boating or just hanging out at the beach and of course the area attractions are just a short drive away.
